ARQUITECTURA ECOLÓGICA ZEDNEMEN S.L (hereinafter Hotel JERUSALEN) welcomes you and invites you to carefully read the General Terms of Use of this Website, which describe the terms and conditions applicable to your navigation of it, in accordance with applicable Spanish regulations. Since Hotel JERUSALEN may modify these Terms of Use in the future, we recommend that you periodically review them to stay informed of any changes made.

The contract may be formalized, at your choice, in any of the languages in which the Terms are available on this website.

Through the Website, Hotel JERUSALEN provides information about its services and offers the possibility of making an online reservation for the rooms desired by the user, thus becoming a client. Making a reservation through this means constitutes a contract between Hotel JERUSALEN and the Client.

In any case, there are pages of the Website accessible to individuals or legal entities that do not register or make a reservation (hereinafter, “Users”). In this regard, Users accessing these parts of the Website agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in the Legal Notice and Privacy Policies, to the extent applicable.

Hotel JERUSALEN undertakes to process data confidentially, in accordance with our data protection policies.
The contracting of services offered by Hotel JERUSALEN on this website is carried out in a secure environment through the implementation of an SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) data encryption system, which ensures the protection of communications via the Internet. The Client/User can verify that they are in a secure operating environment by observing the closed padlock at the bottom of their screen.

The User undertakes to make lawful and appropriate use of this Website and the services provided by the company and to refrain from engaging in activities contrary to the law, morals, public order, and, in general, to make good use of these conditions.

4. Service Availability and Contracting Procedures

The website offers users the possibility to check the availability of rooms at Hotel JERUSALEN, located at Calle Jerusalén Suites, 2 (Alicante).

The hotel offers several options: Accommodation. The user can select the available days and the desired option. It will be contracted in the modality selected by the user at the time of reservation.

Once the reservation is made, the client must ensure that the details included in the reservation confirmation are correct. If there is any error, it must be reported to info@jerusalensuites.com within 24 hours of receipt. Otherwise, Hotel JERUSALEN will assume that the client accepts the terms and conditions of the reservation as stated in the confirmation email. After this period, the reservation is firm and guaranteed with a charge to the credit card provided by the client.

After receiving the reservation confirmation, the hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards before the arrival date.

No charges will be made to your credit card, except in special offers where otherwise indicated. The total amount of your reservation will be paid upon arrival at the establishment.

Hotel JERUSALEN acts diligently and proactively to ensure that the client can access the contracted rooms. However, due to reasons beyond Hotel JERUSALEN’s control, it may be impossible to provide the services under the agreed conditions. In such circumstances, Hotel JERUSALEN will offer the user the option of a refund of the amounts paid or the replacement of the service with another of similar category and quality. If the replacement is of a lower category or quality, Hotel JERUSALEN will refund the difference to the user.

5. Cancellations

Cancellations can be made free of charge, except for non-refundable rates. Consequently, no charges will be made to the card as long as the cancellation policy is met. For “NON-REFUNDABLE” rates, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

For cancellations made within 72 hours prior to arrival or failure to show up at the hotel on the scheduled date, the cost of the corresponding stay will be charged, and the reservation will be canceled.

In case of departure before the reserved date, the full stay will be charged, except in cases of force majeure. To cancel a reservation, you can do so directly by contacting the reservations team, who will assist you personally.

6. Prices

The prices on the website include VAT but exclude other taxes, which are calculated during the purchase process and, in any case, are known to the client before the reservation is finalized.

Prices may change at any time, but possible changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent a Reservation Confirmation.

7. Payment Methods

The payment methods are: VISA, MAESTRO, MASTERCARD, AMEX, and cash.

8. Check-in and Check-out Times

The maximum check-in time at the hotel is between 3:00 PM and midnight. The maximum check-out time is 12:00 PM. Check-outs after 11:00 AM will incur a charge of €40, and check-outs after 6:00 PM will be charged the cost of one night.

9. Unavailability of Services

The General Terms and Conditions of Contracting and Cancellation Policies may be modified (updated) at any time without prior notification. The modified (updated) versions of the General Terms and Conditions of Contracting and Cancellation and/or Modification Policies will take effect immediately.

You are responsible for regularly reviewing the General Terms and Conditions of Contracting and Cancellation and/or Modification Policies while interested in acquiring our services.

10. Survival of Terms and Conditions

If any provision contained in these General Terms and Conditions of Contracting is declared null, the remaining provisions will not be affected by such nullity and will remain in force for the parties as agreed, while the nullified clause must be replaced in accordance with the originally intended purpose.

11. Jurisdiction and Extrajudicial Complaint and Redress Mechanisms

The use of our website and the contracts for acquisition through said website will be governed by Spanish law.

Additionally, the client is informed that Hotel JERUSALEN has official complaint forms available to the User for the purpose of the service offered by Hotel JERUSALEN, in the official languages of the territories where Hotel JERUSALEN operates. These complaint forms may be requested by the User through Hotel JERUSALEN’s customer service, and the option to access them will be sent automatically. The User must specify in the email the exact location from which the request is made, which must correspond to the place where the service was provided. In case of doubt, the latter will be the place where the complaint must be filed.
